Linda Rowold of rural Iowa City mows the lawn of her house on Sand Road as flooding has overtaken much of her back yard. She wanted to get the lawn cut before the next rain storm, but added the flooding had "saved about two hours of mowing" due to the reduced size of her yeard. Flooding continues throughout the Iowa River water basin, however the forecast has improved with the current clear weather conditions. The Coralville Reservoir is expected to peak June 6 at 710 feet, two feet short of the top of the dam. (Justin Torner/Freelance for the Press-Citizen)
