TCR Costume Run & Hoopla's 5th Birthday, October 26, 2013

The Costume Run in downtown Cedar Rapids on Saturday October 26, 2013. The Costume Run was a holiday themed twist on the traditional 5K fun run/walk. The race started at the Theater Cedar Rapids and ended at New Bo that included an obstacle approximately every kilometer or five times along the course.
